Music Exploration sessions are an opportunity for individuals or small groups to explore the many different facets of music without the traditional lessons. Explore instrument playing, song writing, improvisation and more. These client led sessions ensure that each person is getting exactly what they want out of their musical experiences.

ABOUT ME
Betty Steelman is a Board Certified Music Therapist based in the Dallas Fort-Worth area. She graduated with a bachelors degree in Music Therapy from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, Oklahoma. During her time there She completed clinical studies with clients in many different settings from age 4 all the way to 90+! After completing her course work she completed her music therapy internship at the Central Oklahoma Juvenile Center in Tecumseh, Oklahoma. While there she worked with teenagers to accomplish goals in order to move forward in their rehabilitation. Betty currently works with Williamson Music 1st to provide music therapy services all over the DFW metroplex.
